These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Horizon Jets website, mobile applications, and aviation services, including private jet charters, Jet Card memberships, and aircraft sales or acquisitions. By accessing our services or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Horizon Jets facilitates access to private aviation solutions, including:
On-demand charter flights.
Jet Card programs offering pre-purchased flight hours.
Aircraft brokerage services for sales and acquisitions.
All flights are operated by FAA-certified Part 135 air carriers. Horizon Jets acts as an agent on behalf of clients, arranging services with third-party operators.
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and current personal and payment information.
Use services only for lawful purposes.
Not interfere with, hack, or misuse our website or booking systems.
All flight bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the operator.
Pricing may vary based on aircraft type, schedule, weather, and routing.
Payment terms will be outlined in the client agreement or quote.
Deposits may be required to secure bookings.
Jet Card purchases are governed by a separate agreement detailing terms, flight credit, blackout dates, and refund policies.
Charter cancellation terms vary by operator and will be disclosed during booking.
Late cancellations may be subject to fees up to 100% of quoted cost.
Jet Card hours are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your agreement.
Horizon Jets is not liable for delays, cancellations, mechanical issues, or acts of God.
We do not assume responsibility for operator performance or crew conduct.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for a specific flight or service.
All content on the Horizon Jets website—including logos, designs, text, and images—is owned by or licensed to Horizon Jets. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
